This training program will help you to run 5 km or 3.1 mi without having to stop or start to go. This trainer is ideal for beginners in jogging. Individual jogging intervals will help you increase your physical stamina. The course covers 9 weeks of training. During this time your jogging time will grow and walking time intervals will get smaller and smaller. In 2 months you will turn from a non-trained person into an enthusiastic jogger.

- 20 to 30 minutes of exercise, plus 5 minutes of warm-up and 5 minutes of cooling down
- Alternate jogging and walking at an always increasingly difficult level (increasing of running intervals)
- Automatic and manual mode for processing individual intervals (training steps)
- Auto-training plan for 9 weeks and 3 days, arbitrary point can be chosen for repeating or skipping individual training plans or steps
- Vocal notice or beep (or both) will notify about the actual actions (e.g.: walking, jogging)
- Use the application when audio is playing for a carefree training
